The Lean Construction Ireland conference is a pure value-added gathering of industry stakeholders, local professionals, international building partners, and academia wholly aligned to improve our work and interactions. The conversations fuel sustained improvements year over year and inspire new partners and new Lean experiments making building easier, better, and faster for Ireland and abroad!

I thought that the conference provided a broad range of insights from some very credible and experienced speakers.

Excellent presentation by all, very informative. The SME construction companies must not be left behind and possibly some or greater collaboration with the CIF is required to get the message out to the smaller companies. It does not cost a fortune to initiate small LEAN practices that will make a big difference to the bottom line of the business. We need to get this message out.
A really useful event to get a snapshot of what is happening to make Irish construction leaner. Great presentations and good discussions after each session. The Book of Cases was excellent last year and the 2019 edition is even better. A very positive experience for me.
Very good lineup and facilities and parking were very good.
Felipe Engineer Manriquez from McCarthy was a breath of fresh air. Very informative and inclusive of everyone in the room - he really embraces the lean philosophy.
Mark Bryden's talk was very impressive. Unbeknownst to him, he showed the gulf of experience and culture difference between the national construction companies and international companies.
Grayson Galloway from Procure did a excellent presentation on their software.

It was an outstanding event that I enjoyed many of the enthusiastic crowd and the Lean discussions with folks at the Conference. I do appreciate the BoxMedia invitation to attend and present at the Conference and the opportunity of networking with many professionals in this area. It was amazing to meet with construction professionals who are sharing their challenges and opportunities in such organized forum.
The event location was excellent, with some good speakers. Some not very Lean more technology using historic methods in my opinion. Other speakers were excellent. The exhibition was interesting with a diverse range of industry leaders present.
Overall the event was coordinated, communicated, set up to a very high standard inclusive of the book of cases launch on the eve before the conference.
Crystal Lean Solutions
Everything was really good at the LCi Conference, we really enjoyed the day.
"This was our first year attending the Lean Construction Ireland National Conference, and we look forward to attending again in 2020. The speakers and presentations were well thought out and interesting, and the calibre of attendees was such that we had some very engaging conversations. The need for a technological solution to productivity, process and waste issues is on the rise, and our team was honoured to talk to this as part of the Lean Technologies presentation stream."

The calibre of speakers, presentations and attendee’s together with a central location make this event an important date in the industry calendar every year.
We look forward to continuing to work with the LCI over the coming years.
The event is going from strength to strength and the standard of application of Lean tools and Techniques is on the rise, it was a pleasure to be a speaker at the event again this year and I look forward to progress this time next year
