The Lean Construction Ireland (LCi) Conference 2025 will take place on 6th November at The Johnstown Estate, Co. Meath. As Ireland’s leading Lean event for the construction sector, over 400 professionals and clients will explore best practices, case studies, and innovations in Lean thinking and adoption. With the 2025 theme focused on health, wellbeing and artificial intelligence in construction, the conference will feature a single stream of expert speakers, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities aimed at improving both project and people performance.

Richard is Director for Programme Management and Project Controls with the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board. Richard has over 30 years’ programme and project management experience having been responsible for managing the delivery of major capital infrastructure programmes both in the UK and Ireland. He has held a senior position with Dublin City Council, and was Project Director for the construction of University of Ulster’s new university campus in Belfast City and Managing Partner for EC Harris’ Irish consultancy business.
