Mark Anthony Hanbury is a seasoned organisational and social psychologist with over 30 years of experience across high-performance and high-risk sectors including construction, critical environments, telecommunications, rail, aviation, and hospitality. His career has been defined by a commitment to improving the human dimensions of complex project delivery—specifically how leadership, culture, and psychological safety influence outcomes. Drawing from three decades of applied experience, Mark recently completed a PhD in psychology with a specialised focus on Collaborative Planning within large-scale infrastructure and construction environments.

Mark’s doctoral research introduced a novel methodology that reveals how Collaborative Planning meetings can serve not only as operational forums but also as dynamic spaces for building trust, fostering personal ownership, and enhancing health and wellbeing. His findings demonstrate that when psychologically safe and socially attuned planning practices are adopted, projects can be delivered more safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Mark continues to work with organisations and senior leaders, helping them to transform planning meetings into strategic instruments for cultural alignment, team cohesion, and sustainable performance improvement.

Lci 2025 Speaker Seamus Fox

Seamus Fox - Mindset Coach

Hi, I'm Seamus. I’m a mindset coach for entrepreneurs who are lacking clarity and want to improve their personal and professional performance.

If you’re a business leader who is feeling the following, then you’re in the right place:

You’re procrastinating despite knowing exactly what needs to be done
You’re not living up to your true potential
You keep self-sabotaging yourself
You’re overwhelmed and misaligned in what you’re doing

EVERY entrepreneur can benefit from having a coach.

I've been running my own businesses for 20 years, and throughout that time, I've had a coach every step of the way.

The best coaches I've worked with all taught me one crucial thing.

It’s about learning to THINK differently.
